July Hotfix

Greetings Everyone,
Today we have a quick hotfix, 2.0.1, fixing the following issues that appeared after the 2.0.0 patch.
The fixes for encumbrance have been rolled back so players no longer slow roll when lightly encumbered.
Fixed an issue where decay timers were not updating in the UI.
Fixed an issue where certain combinations of stacked placeables could cause them to lose stability when building pieces were replaced nearby.
