About This Server
• Our present season is manifested in a hub-centric theme with roleplay-based jobs, intriguing factions and storylines, as well as real-time building construction based on the needs of Epilogue’s denizens. Seasons are defined as wipe-to-wipe with each season beginning with a public discussion of what you as players wish to see.
• Intense character customization despite a low-fantasy environment. Pre-existing characters from other lands of exile can be easily imported into this server’s story, using the excuse of a displacement rift or portal to bring your character to Epilogue’s shores.
• Conflict is more commonly engaged through either dice or freehand writing styles. PvP is permitted if both parties consent to such, or as advertised roleplaying events that include combat. Active and established players are also allowed to create roleplaying dungeons once discussed with staff about inclusion, story, and incentive. We let you build things for the community here!
• We offer a low-fantasy writing experience with an emphasis on slightly more modern architecture (Ophir, Aquilonia, etc) for the centralized player hub. All players are free to decorate however they see fit to their character’s personal or cultural influence. Although a basic sense of sorcery is permitted to all members in the spirit of creative freedom and lore recognition, fantastical beasts and creatures such as vampires and werewolves (as well as fetishized/problematic characters such as futanari) are not permitted. Restorative and regenerative powers and sorcery can only be performed through public scenes or write-ups involving religious practice, with a moderator’s permission upon character creation. An emphasis is put on physical healing. We highly suggest players and staff prepare to play a non-magically reliant character with very minimal experience as we will be keeping these themes limited.
• Players are rewarded with in-game currency for actively roleplaying and engaging with other players. Clans and solo story-tellers are also rewarded with currency and admin-spawned goodies for hosting public events, which can be used to purchase a creative selection of accessories, placeables, and more!
