Description
Why join this server?
1) Stability - Server is already prepaid for 2 years (reoccurring)
2) Original/Vanilla Settings - play it like its played on official, this is a hard server rule and will NOT change
3) NO admin abuse/spawning/interference of ANY kind - feel free to kill and raid to your heart's content without fear of vengeful admin retribution, this server is made for FULL PvP of all kinds, no exceptions)
4) Optional light RP - if you feel like doing some light role-playing then you will find willing players here.
5) 24/7 up-time: the server is hosted by leading server rental company located in California and will only be restarted for updates.
6) Open and unclaimed - The server only recently came online (17.02.2017) so the entire map is pristine and unspoiled, waiting for you to lay claim to the juiciest spots.
7) No wipes - make a home for yourself and feel safe in the knowledge that it won't be demolished because of a server wipe.
8) 40 slots (like officials) but I will consider adding more slots if CE's netcode improves and the game can handle it (I will mimic Funcom's approach in this regard, if they increase the cap, then so will we)
A little background on why this server exists:
Due to the recent region-blocking policy I was unable to play on the official server I had started on. Therefore, not wanting to waste time and energy on uncertain servers, which might disappear at any time, I felt the only option would be to host my own.
I don't want to hassle with monthly payments so I simply paid for 2 years directly upfront.
I've always played on officials before and I love the risk and danger lurking around every corner, this server will emulate officials in every way possible and there will be no x2 weekends or bonuses. Neither will anyone receive any special treatment, I made this server so that I and others like me can replicate the harshness and challenge of officials. A big open sandbox for you to do with it what you will.
